Problem
Multiple teams were running experiments, but results were scattered across spreadsheets and tools. This made it hard to see what was live, what had finished, and what was actually working.
What I looked at
- How PMs, analysts, and leadership currently tracked experiment status.
- Which metrics different teams cared about when evaluating tests.
- Bottlenecks in turning experiment results into clear product decisions.
Approach
- Defined a single "source of truth" view for all active and completed experiments.
- Worked with data and engineering to standardize how experiments were logged and tagged.
- Prioritized views and filters that answered the most common stakeholder questions quickly.
Outcome
Use this section to summarize how the dashboard improved experiment turnaround time, visibility, or confidence in decisions when you have concrete results.
